The Role
As an Account Executive, Digital, you will focus on selling high-value digital transformation projects, including websites, apps, and enterprise platforms. Your role will involve working with clients to understand their digital needs, presenting Motiv’s capabilities in delivering transformative solutions, and managing the sales process to close complex contracts.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital innovation and a passion for helping clients achieve exceptional user experiences and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their digital transformation needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle for high-value digital projects, including consistent follow-ups and strategic touchpoints.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals that showcase Motiv’s expertise in digital innovation, transformation, web app and platform development, and development of cutting-edge technology solutions, including AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align solutions with client objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms, to position Motiv as a leader in digital transformation.
- Maintain detailed and organized records in CRM systems, tracking opportunities through the pipeline.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on digital transformation, web development, app and platform projects, or similar.
- Proven Success: Track record of managing long-term sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of website or platform development, emerging technologies, and enterprise solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipeDrive.
- Self-Motivated: Results-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
