We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team for the first ever Canadian Startup Documentary Film. This is truly a rare opportunity to be part of something historical. It will be massive for your portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, a keen eye for detail, and experience capturing high-quality footage in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the visual storytelling for the documentary
Capture high-quality video footage of interviews, events, and B-roll
Set up and manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio to ensure optimal recording conditions
Direct interview subjects and on-camera talent to achieve natural and compelling performances
Work closely to review, select and edit footage
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing documentary or tech-related projects.
Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography techniques.
Knowledge of post-production processes and video editing software is a must
