An early-stage HR tech startup has developed an MVP leveraging AI to assist job seekers in acing their interviews. The next step is bringing the product to launch, and a Technical Co-Founder is needed to drive development forward.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of the platform, optimizing and scaling the existing MVP.
- Collaborate on product strategy, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
- Implement and maintain best practices in software development, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Full-stack engineering expertise, preferably with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Based in Greater Toronto Area or Southwestern Ontario, or open to working closely in this region.
