The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle including sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring of junior to mid-level qualified professionals for technical and non-technical positions, including supporting the co-op cycle. You will partner with hiring managers to guide and deliver effective recruitment workflow processes as well as ensuring an amazing experience for candidates.
The TA Partner plans, directs, and coordinates all recruiting activities including creative sourcing, screening, through to hire.

The impact you’ll have:

    • Own the full recruitment cycle from end to end, managing multiple roles across the business with a particular focus on software, product, and business/corporate roles.
    • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure we are delivering the best talent to grow our teams.
    • Advise teams on best practices in hiring including structuring interview teams and process, securing feedback and championing EDI efforts to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices
    • Actively source candidates through new and creative ways to build and fill hiring pipelines to support our high-growth environment.
    • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date and all candidate’s interactions are documented.
    • Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience (through application, interview & pre-onboarding stages)
    • Translate recruiting analytics and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of hiring practices and make appropriate recommendations for change
    • Contribute with ideas and solutions to create, improve and implement innovative recruiting strategies to support hiring goals, create a world class candidate experience and continue to build our employer brand.
    • Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to ensure cohesive employee experience programming

What you’ll bring:

    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth or otherwise high-velocity environment. Brownie points for experience recruiting for technology companies
    • Your passion for finding talented people and create amazing candidate experiences
    • Your sourcing expertise to attract candidates in competitive markets
    • Your ability to become a trusted partner for your hiring managers and an expert supporting them through the decision making process. You know how to navigate different organizational levels.
    • Your passion for data and experience using insights to support your recruitment process and drive changes.
    • Your drive, motivation, analytical skills, and ability to proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the team’s success while balancing multiple projects.
    • Your passion for embracing and enhancing procedures while effectively leveraging various systems and tools to drive your accomplishments.
