The Product Team

You will be a vital part of the Statflo Product Team! The Product Team is responsible for the process of releasing products and new functionalities, which includes conducting user/buyer research, implementing strategy, designing roadmaps and feature definitions. The Product Team also provides cross-functional leadership, uniting and inspiring internal teams to work towards a shared product vision.

  • Provide frontline teams with a seamless user experience with access to full customer context in a single place, allowing for more productive and engaging customer conversations

Role & responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new feature and product launches, aligning the Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Teams.
  • Craft value propositions to cross-functional stakeholders and customers, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels (e.g. email, in-app tours, pop-ups, video, etc).
  • Oversee the ideation, creation, and scheduling of product content.
  • Analyze product and communications performance data to evaluate team and product success and implement strategies to enhance key metrics.

2. Product Education & Engagement

  • Craft clear, concise, and compelling product assets to educate our users and customers (e.g. through Intercom or User Pilot).
  • Improve cross-functional alignment on the product through effective internal communication and training materials.
  • Act as the product expert for internal teams and external audiences (e.g., participating in user interviews, videos, webinars, and podcasts).
  • Collaborate with the team and VP of Product to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with the Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, share your insights, and recommend ways to engage our target markets best.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our users and customers to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop initiatives, including training materials and gamification strategies to engage and retain users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a SaaS product marketing role, with a preference for B2B SaaS.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for determining the best approach toward ambiguous tasks and consolidating information from multiple sources.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to transform complex technical information into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently towards company and team goals.
  • Highly detail-oriented, setting high standards for brand and product representation.
  • Adaptable to changing timelines and capable of navigating ambiguity.
  • Curiosity and an instinct to identify solutions
  • A positive, upbeat attitude toward new challenges and problem-solving.
  • A drive to improve products and provide robust support to the team.
