Logistics Associate Intern

• Ships, receives and manages materials/inventory within a biotech manufacturing facility.
• Maintains master data in SAP enterprise resource planning and quality management software, including pricing, lead time and vendor data.
• Creates and maintains supply chain reports, as assigned.
• Assists logistics and procurement supervisors, as required.
• Complies with all Good Manufacturing Practices policies.

• 2-3 years in a bachelor’s or diploma program in an engineering, supply chain or business-related discipline.
• Strong communications skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on materials handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Software (AutoCAD, Visio, SQL) or programming experience.
