The Role

Are you passionate about driving growth through tactical, data-driven strategies? As a Growth Strategist at Motiv, you will take the lead in crafting and executing growth initiatives that deliver measurable results for both our clients and Motiv ventures.

You will not only define growth strategies but also roll up your sleeves to implement specific tactics, ensuring every campaign, outreach, and initiative is optimized for maximum impact. This includes working on tactics such as brand strategy, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, paid campaigns, organic marketing, and business development process design, customer success program design, and other tactics to develop holistic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Tactical Growth Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel growth strategies.
  • Execute Growth Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end execution of growth initiatives, including paid and organic campaigns, content creation, and outreach efforts.
  • Optimize Business Development Processes: Design and refine processes for lead generation, client acquisition, and business scaling.
  • Leverage Analytics: Use data to measure the effectiveness of growth tactics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop compelling messaging and high-impact content across digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Manage Growth Roadmaps: Build and optimize growth plans, aligning them with client goals and market conditions.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and innovative tactics.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a growth-focused role with a proven track record in executing and managing growth tactics like content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and product marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics platforms and growth tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Copywriting Expertise: Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and craft messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
  • Process Design: Familiarity with designing and refining business development and sales processes.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
