Roles & Responsibilities

As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of immersive, responsive, and accessible web applications. Ideal candidates should have experience in both front-end and back-end development.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver effective web solutions

• Work independently to model and solve complex problems efficiently using best practices and design patterns
• Continuously learn and improve on skills and technologies to create technical advantages and meet client needs
• Communicate work through presentation, documentation and contribute to maintaining documentation that will be presented to clients and the team
• Excellent communication skills to convey processes, time, scope, budget parameters and progress to your team and clients
• Take ownership of work and contribute to keep projects on time and budget
• Contribute to group problem-solving; confidence in voicing opinions and defending inputs

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for candidates with the following experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional web application development
• Using HTML, CSS/SCSS, Tailwind, and Javascript (ES6) for building web interfaces
• Building SPAs and PWAs using Nuxt.js 3, Vue.js (or equivalent frameworks, such as Next.js and React.js)
• Up-to-date with latest accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
• Back-end development with Node.js and package managers (npm, pnpm)
• Designing and working with SQL (MySQL, Postgres) or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
• Familiarity with Pulumi, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IaC frameworks is a bonus, but not required
• Familiarity with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IaC frameworks is a bonus, but not required
• Systems architecture (i.e. monolithic, microservices, or serverless) experience is an asset
• Mobile app development experience using Flutter is a bonus
• Collaborating in a team environment using Git version-control
• Demonstrate clean and communicative code hygiene
