The Role
As an Account Executive, Growth, you will focus on selling growth strategies and executional solutions that help clients scale their ventures, accelerate market impact, and drive measurable business success. You’ll work with a wide range of organizations, from startups to established enterprises, offering tactical growth strategies that increase revenue, expand markets, and boost engagement.
This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of growth marketing and venture scaling, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their growth challenges and presenting Motiv’s tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, leveraging provided lead lists and your network.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight Motiv’s expertise in growth marketing, digital marketing, and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
- Navigate long buying cycles for high-value contracts, providing consistent follow-ups and maintaining strategic touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to position Motiv as a leader in growth facilitation.
- Maintain organized records in CRM systems, tracking leads, opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on growth marketing, venture scaling, or market expansion.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage long-term sales cycles and close high-value contracts.
- Growth Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, growth strategies, and business growth strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipeDrive.
- Self-Motivated: Results-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
