The Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic offers free corporate and financial legal services to early to mid-stage entrepreneurial ventures with dedicated full-time founders that are in the financing or post-revenue stages of growth. A dedicated team of Osgoode Hall law students, under the direct supervision of experienced lawyers from Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s premier corporate, securities, and business transactions law firms, are ready to assist successful applicants with a variety of corporate finance needs.

This year, due to increased demand, the Clinic expects to maintain its application portal open year-round and applications may be submitted at any time; however, new clients will be onboarded only as needed and subject to available capacity. Please note that submission of an application after the August 8 deadline does not guarantee acceptance. You are strongly encouraged to apply early to be considered for one of the seven clients to start the Clinic in September.
