Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) are transforming world economies, changing the way we work and shaping the future of our planet. How can AI be leveraged to improve efficiency, production and/or effectiveness within traditional sectors? 

Whether you are a newcomer or an AI expert, Microsoft, TechNation and RBC challenge you to leverage AI and come up with innovative ideas to improve practices across five different sectors: Food Service, Hospitality & Tourism, Agriculture, Supply Chain & Logistics and Industrial Manufacturing. 

The challenge is open to all post-secondary students in Canada and you can win numerous prizes: 
– Mentorship from experts 
– Networking opportunities with Microsoft and TechNation representatives 
– $100 worth of credits to Microsoft Azure’s learning platform 
– $1,500, $750 and $250 CAD per team member for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (respectively)

To participate, simply form or join a team of 2-4 team members and submit a short 5-page PowerPoint presentation detailing your innovative idea before January 31, 2021 – that’s it!
