A Website UX/UI Designer at Vidyard is someone who is passionate about creating thoughtful experiences that empower users moving throughout our website and campaigns. As a Website UX/UI Designer you will:
Work closely within your squad to review user feedback and data, building a collaborative and influential relationship with your team members to execute squad driven deliverables
Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes and share them with users for feedback
Work to expand UX and UI design patterns on Vidyard.com
Collaborate with designers, developers, illustrators and video producers to help maintain cohesion in design across the company
Have a data-influenced but customer-centric design mentality that aligns quantitative and qualitative insights to design thoughtful experiments that drive business outcomes
To be an effective team member, you will have:
UX/UI design experience working at a product led growth organization
A data-influenced but customer-centric design mentality that aligns quantitative and qualitative insights to design thoughtful solutions that drive business outcomes
Knowledge of current best practices and development trends for web and mobile
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Prototyping and interaction design skills, either with wireframes or in working with HTML/CSS
Ability to translate UX research and requirements into production-ready user interface mock-ups and assets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to consistently choose the best course of action to address business problems or opportunities
Ability to deliver and receive feedback effectively to help your team become stronger designers
Proficiency with low code no code platforms such as Webflow
Experience with light weight video editing using tools such as Adobe Rush, After Effects, Canva etc.
