With 2x year over year, growth, we are scaling rapidly. We’re building out our teams to launch Browze into the next level of growth, so we can continue to reshape and improve the online shopping experience.
Reporting to and working in partnership with the Director of Marketing, we are adding a User Acquisition Manager to our cross-functional team. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in our mission to grow our top line 3x by the end of 2020 / early 2021.
As our new Growth Hacker, you will strategize and execute performance for paid social media channels and programmatic channels, with an aggressive focus on maintaining ROAS, lowering cost metrics, and scaling user acquisition and revenue. You will work with the merchandising team to determine the best products to offer and with the product team to understand user behaviours on our website and app. You will spearhead exciting growth initiatives, including:
Delivering continuous optimization and automation of practices on your channels, on top of your operational accountability.
Supporting management in steering channel mix and budget decisions.
Planning, analyzing, executing, scaling, and optimizing campaign performance along the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retargeting to repurchasing.
Establishing relationships with external stakeholders such as third party ad-networks, DSPs, suppliers, and data providers in the digital media ecosystem to successfully launch and grow campaigns.
Who you are
You are a talented, creative and determined marketing analyst, someone who thrives in challenging situations, experimenting with tactics, and leveraging various resources. A storyteller who can captivate audiences and keep them engaged, you are a driven executor of well-thought-out innovative strategies and deeply passionate about the digital marketing landscape. You have successfully managed large-budget growth ROI/ROAS campaigns on Google or Facebook at scale with automation.

What you bring:
The education. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Statistics.
The experience. You have 3-4 years experience in a growth hacker, user acquisition, ROAS-focused digital marketing role within the digital media buying space. You have a proven record of handling large budgets in a high-growth marketing function. You have first-hand knowledge of:
Programmatic, paid social, and display marketing across app and/or web ecosystems (DSPs, supply partners, data providers, fraud prevention solutions).
Incrementality, attributions windows, and different ad attribution models.
Measurement and tracking solutions.
The technical toolbox. You have familiarity with marketing technologies, performance marketing, and attribution platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Double Click, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Tune, Adjust, etc. You are comfortable with Microsoft Excel and dealing with large data sets, pivot tables, and charts.
The collaborative approach. You can foster healthy relationships and manage stakeholder expectations, communicating effectively across teams.
