Our company is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Become familiar with all products; their functions, purposes, and value to end-users;
Monitor support tickets, maintains SLAs & provide back-up support to coworkers in the performance of job duties required;
Answers customer inquiries/communications as required and performs investigation of product complaints;
Provides technical support to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps;
Participate in projects as assigned;
Presenting Demos with clients as needed;
Training Clients as required;
Creating, preparing and managing client responses for customer service surveys;
Documenting and prioritizing tasks, in consultation with management;
Communication with senior management and customers/clients for regular updates regarding project statuses;
Perform all other related duties, as assigned by management;
Ad hoc projects that arise in the regular course of business

Requirements:

Organized and ability to multitask;
Able to work independently and as a team to complete tasks within deadlines;
Very strong initiative;
Superior verbal and written communication skills;
1 -3 years’ experience in customer service; within financial services preferred;
An understanding of the mortgage process is an asset;
Strong time management skills;
Efficient Technical skills
Detail and results-oriented;
Excellent creativity & resourcefulness.
Presentation skills

Experience:

Technical experience in systems such as Hubspot, JIRA, Asana, Slack, is an asset
Efficient in Google systems
Bilingual is an asset
