We are looking to hire a passionate headhunter and processes builder to lead Petcube’s talent acquisition efforts.
- Your goal #1 will be to build a scalable hiring process, that allows us to quickly find and recruit candidates of varying seniority for various roles that are top 5% on the market.
- Your goal #2 will be to expand this process, in order to maintain a bench of candidates, for the roles that are currently filled in the company, but may require a replacement or extension.
- Your goal #3 will be an entrepreneurial one, and will depend on your ability to expand the developed process even further.
- You will be reporting directly to Yaroslav Azhnyuk, Petcube’s CEO and Co-Founder.
- 5+ years in Recruiting
- Demonstrated experience of hiring the top 5% candidates
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent English
