ResQ is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us take ResQ to the next level. As the team that helps drive 💰revenue for the business, this is an exciting opportunity that provides high impact results. You will play a pivotal role in spearheading our customer acquisition efforts and shaping our overarching marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with our product marketing, and sales teams to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven, top-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns that drive growth.

What you will do:

  • Marketing Strategies 📝: Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies focusing on our top-of-the-funnel activities.
  • Mentorship 🫶: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and excellence.
  • Analytics and Reporting 📈: Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance across various channels (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.), understand key drivers of success, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management team, providing insights and action plans to improve performance
  • Marketing Funnel ⚖️ : Manage, optimize, and scale our marketing funnel, from awareness and acquisition to conversion.
  • Automation Tools 🛠️: Oversee the set-up and optimization of marketing automation tools and processes, including tracking technologies (pixels, tags, etc.), to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Collaboration 💬: Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to align marketing campaigns with product updates, launches, and key features.
  • Testing ✏️: Create A/B testing processes and iterative test-and-learn procedures to improve campaign efficacy.
  • ABM Marketing 💲: Implement and manage an effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target high-value accounts.
  • Budgeting 💸 : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Trends 📊: Stay abreast on industry trends, competitors, and changes in the digital marketing landscape to continuously adapt and optimize our marketing strategies.

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a growth marketing or performance marketing role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing digital tools and platforms for data analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and ability to turn complex data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeted, personalized marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
