The Role

As a Project Manager at Motiv, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional results for Motiv Digital and Motiv Growth projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact digital and growth projects, including websites, apps, platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Drive collaboration across teams to tackle challenges, maintain momentum, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and success.
• Anticipate risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and driving accountability and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned and passionate project manager who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years managing digital projects, including websites, apps, platforms, digital marketing, or product marketing.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with digital product development processes.
• Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to align project execution with long-term business goals and strategies.
• Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Results-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value and meeting business objectives.
• Technical Fluency: Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and their implications for digital innovation is a strong asset.
• Problem Solver: Analytical skills to identify challenges and implement creative, effective solutions.
• Tools Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Notion, or similar.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities and multiple projects effectively.
