About the product team:

The fertility space is seeing rapid growth fuelled by increasing incidence of fertility issues and advancements in new treatments and technologies. Future Fertility is seeking a Product Manager to join a small, high-performing product team committed to creating and commercializing impactful AI-powered tools to support the decision making of patients, embryologists, and clinicians as they navigate fertility treatments. We are focused on 1) enhancing the success of our existing products; and 2) exploring and launching new product opportunities across the reproductive health cycle.

Reporting into the Head of Product, this PM will innovate, test, and validate new ideas for impactful, patient-centric solutions that dramatically improve the fertility experience across the globe. As our first dedicated PM hire, this position will be involved in all aspects of product strategy, roadmap planning and execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head of Product to build the product roadmap for Future Fertility
  • Manage the product roadmap from discovery to execution of core product themes, R&D, and commercialization
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Embryology teams to regularly and diligently gather user feedback across key stakeholders: Clinicians, Embryologists and Patients
  • Become an expert in product use cases and user value propositions and be able to translate insights into commercial and marketing strategies
  • Research, test and validate new use cases and product improvements with cross functional teams (Development, Design, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations)
  • Responsible for user story writing that clearly articulates the product and/or feature value and meets definition of ready criteria
  • Develop and execute clear and thorough release plans and documentation based on consultation with design and engineering and other business stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth execution of new features and releases and assess performance against key metrics
  • Support with backlog grooming, story prioritization and sprint planning to ensure strategic alignment
  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape and feed insights back internally to inform market knowledge and strategic positioning
  • Manage product level P&Ls, taking an insights-driven approach to pricing strategy and pricing strategy evolution across a variety of global markets
  • Play a strong role in informing and shaping the product function based on personal expertise and best practices

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of direct product management experience (experience as a PM in the health/health tech space an asset)
  • Experience developing and executing on product vision and strategy in the health/health tech space
  • Experience developing and launching new products/MVPs in market and continuously iterating
  • Experience implementing successful product processes that lead to consistent, high-quality products that create value for customers
  • Can balance product strategy and roadmapping with more granular activities such as story writing or troubleshooting
  • Track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable being part of a small team and working in an energetic fast paced start-up environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a startup/high-growth SaaS company
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle process and methodologies
  • Expertise in relevant business software (Microsoft Office Suite), product software (confluence, JIRA, FIGMA)

  • Experience as a PM in the health/health tech space
  • Experience working collaboratively with business users, and technical teams in multiple geographies
  • Familiarity with clinical studies and research methods
  • Familiarity with AI/ML methods
