As GRIN’s Principal Product Manager you will build our FinTech product from the ground up. As the first member of the product team that will build a financial product, you will be driving the strategy for financial products and defining the next phase solutions for the Creator Economy. This role has a massive charter and will take ownership of a key component to the success of the company’s growth strategy moving forward. Product Managers at GRIN balance strategy and execution and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers. This role will be the subject matter expert on how creators use our product in all things payment related. What you’ll Do:

  • Develop the product strategy and drive execution for GRIN’s FinTech product.
  • Define product strategy through your subject matter expertise, competitive analysis, and market knowledge.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the Payments industry, the competitive environment, addressable markets, customer personas and needs – and use that to guide our product roadmap.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, while leading product features from initial concept to market launch.
  • Understand our customers and their journey through the product and build for their needs.
  • Have a clear perspective and influence peers and executives to build consensus for your vision.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across GRIN to make these solutions for our customers.
  • Drive product metrics of acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
  • Be data-driven and also user-focused in your approach to product development.


What you’ll bring:

  • 8+years of Product Management experience, with a preference for experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years experience developing financial technology products
  • Experience delivering new products from conception to completion using Agile methodologies
  • Experience developing a product strategy and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to connect customer feedback to product development
  • Proven analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision and roadmaps
  • Ability to complete highly complex work with sound judgment, while acting as a mentor and advisor to other Product team members
