Roofr

Led by funding from Crosslink Capital and Y Combinator, Roofr started as a managed marketplace for roofing providing roofing estimates in seconds through satellite imagery. Our hands-on, focused approach ensures that our customers save money and stay well informed throughout the process.

We’re now building a verticalized roofing platform with a host of products to streamline the entire roof replacement process for consumers and roofers. Roofers can measure and quote roofs remotely through our satellite imagery software, offer consumers financing, and generate their own leads by white labelling our estimation software.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Generalist who will utilize their skills to assist our Head of Revenue in setting the foundation of our marketing strategies. You will enable smooth operations across a variety of marketing functions, everything from Social to Content to Product marketing by executing on tasks assigned by the Head of Revenue. You will help shape and execute our marketing strategy with an organized, detail-oriented, and design-informed approach. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for…

Marketing Operations:
Support the development, ideation, and execution of the marketing strategies
Work closely with the sales team to support a range of marketing activities throughout the marketing funnel, including marketing awareness and lead generation, opportunity creation, deal influence, and 1:1 account-based marketing
Develop a deep understanding of the Roofr brand and help ensure brand consistency across all internal and external channels
Helping to create simple graphics, images and well designed customer facing collateral in keeping with the Roofr brand identity
Help maintain data integrity and manage lead and customer records in Hubspot
Take on ad hoc projects to ensure smooth internal marketing operationsHelp track marketing programs, monitor and analyze performance, and report on results
Research and analysis to support activities as required

Content & Product Marketing:
Assist in developing internal facing marketing collateral for sales team members
Assist in developing external facing marketing collateral for customers (Articles, blogs, Video academy, Knowledge base, etc)
Assist in sourcing, selecting and managing freelancers (writers) to execute on ad hoc content needs
Act as liaison between freelancers and internal staff to gather content topics and ensure accuracy of delivered pieces

Social media marketing:
Assist in developing and executing on Social media marketing (this does not include ads)
Community management

Email marketing:
Setup, execution & maintenance of outbound email marketing campaigns using Hubspot
Monitor performance and optimize for desired results

The perfect candidate will have:
1+ year of experience in a marketing role, with preference for a generalist position
Experience working collaboratively with/supporting key stakeholders from ICs to Management to assist them in reaching the company’s goals
You are a team player who encourages collaboration and positively influences your colleagues
Strong verbal and written communicator
Highly detail oriented and extremely organized
Excellent time managementGoal oriented and coachable
