As a Community and Social Manager at Interaxon, you’ll help us establish and maintain engaged conversations with our fans and customers through all of our digital channels. You are a great communicator who is enthusiastic about connecting with people, sharing well-crafted information, and you have a solid understanding of social community dynamics and product troubleshooting knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support and organization of the Hubs and Partnership Program
Manage + update events pages
Manage + update ambassador pages and info
Coordinate and distribute content from partners + hubs on social channels
Own and engage our Facebook Communities (Pro and Consumer)
Ticket creation and customer service
Provide feedback to product + product development
Manage consumer challenges and challenge content
Syndicate content + provide engagement
Social channel management (FB, IG, TW)
Content distribution and syndication
Customer service/ticketing
Engagement and feedback
Identify leads (influencers, hubs, ambassadors)
Email Campaign Management
Work with marketing and sales to help coordinate all non-transactional emails (promotional, monthly updates, webinars and education, events, new features, etc)
Assist the Director of Brand Marketing in administrative tasks
When needed, attend and provide coverage at events, launches, games, etc. (i.e. interacting with customers/fans, shooting Instagram Stories, creating posts for social onsite)
