As the GRIN Director of Content & Creative, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through bold visuals, thoughtful design, and exceptional content strategy that serves the company and the entire customer journey. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and must have strong content creation, promotion strategy, and brand awareness skills to take our content to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the traffic, content production, content editing, creative design and schedule the content pipeline to execute a proactive content marketing strategy
  • Analyze and optimize content using performance analytics and brand guidelines
  • Content & Center of Excellence Leadership: Develop the vision and milestone plan for a best-in-class omnichannel content team, helping to build increased strength and improving the quality and consistency of content output
  • Operations Efficiency: Cross-collaborate with the marketing and internal creative teams to streamline workflow, improving efficiency and quality
  • Conduct content audits and gap analysis, developing recommendations to improve content creation/operations
  • Planning: Master plan and orchestrate all content activation initiatives, partnering with Product, Growth, Events, Sales, Customer Success team members to deliver content
  • Budget Management: Recommend, gain alignment to, and effectively manage the annual content operating budget
  • Manage the internal creative teams to deliver content excellence
  • Work closely with the in-house creative team, demand generation team, product marketing team, and marketing operations team to contribute to campaign development, sales enabling assets, and overall marketplace awareness of GRIN
  • Establish performance goals using an insight-based approach to content optimization and planning
  • Manage content marketing efforts, including strategy, measurement, and optimization, and drive content adoption

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of Content Marketing and experience with results
  • 5+ years of Director-level management experience
  • 2+ years experience managing people managers
  • Knowledge of how to balance process and flexibility – building repeatable, streamlined workflows that help you scale while adapting to the evolving needs of the business
  • SEO experience
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana), analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., Showpad)
  • Deep toolkit in managing large projects
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences using data
  • Excellent leadership and team-building/management skills; ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to external and internal stakeholders and the ability to influence others
