We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth in Montreal. The individual will focus primarily on attracting top talent for our Medical Operations team while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You will be responsible for:
Developing creative sourcing strategies and reach out messages
Maintaining strong pipelines of medical professionals to staff the medical platform
Collaborating with internal teams to develop creative initiatives and own the execution
Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to references
Providing excellent customer service and owning the relationship with the hiring managers
You should have:

1+ year of experience in recruitment and managing the end-to-end cycle
Experience in mass recruiting (e.g. call centres, medical professionals, etc.) is a big plus
Excellent organizational skills and rigour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse a plus
