The CreatorClub team is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in conversion rate optimization.

As a newly formed startup backed by a reputable Canadian entrepreneur and VC, this role will be working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and CMO to build out the marketing and sales funnel, including testing and implementation of digital marketing initiatives to acquire new customers.

Your first goal in this position is to run the day-to-day marketing of our customer base experience. You’ll manage CreatorClub’s email marketing, website/SEO, affiliate marketing, design, promotional calendar, and blog content.

 

Responsibilities 

Practically speaking, the role will include:

  • Monitoring key metrics and maintaining conversion rates for the business.
  • Ensuring that all marketing content follows conversion-related best practices.
  • Conducting performance tests, such as A/B testing, bottleneck analysis, and usability testing.
  • Manage the end-to-end experimentation process (hypothesis setting, test design/execution, KPIs, results and recommendations)
  • Analyze data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share testing results
  • Define the conversion rate optimization plan and translate it into an operational plan and roadmap
  • Applying digital marketing strategies to increase conversions from online sales.
  • Working with various digital marketing tools and platforms to benchmark and measure improvements.
  • The rest of the marketing team provides feedback on sales, funneling, and conversions.
  • Participating in strategic sessions relating to marketing and digital profiles.
  • Training members of the marketing team in conversion skills.
  • Explaining indicators and performance to management.

Availability

While this role is intended to be full-time, CreatorClub accommodates the flexibility of contractors and freelance talent. We encourage you to apply even if you do not have typical full-time availability.

This is a hybrid position with the option to work from the studio at Yonge & Wellington in downtown Toronto.

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 — $60,000

Qualifications

  • Experience growing revenue in a marketing position
  • 3-5 years of experience with web analytics, UX, Marketing or similar work experience
  • Experience in front-end web design and development
  • Experience with managing a website/SEO, copywriting, affiliate marketing, promotional calendars, growing followers, making/overseeing design, writing email newsletters that convert, and managing/overseeing paid ads
  • Experience with optimization testing tools such as Google Optimize and Optimizely, Heatmap

Assets

  • Experience with Figma, Squarespace, and MailChimp
  • Design experience
  • UI/UX experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
