GRIN is seeking an experienced Account Executive to be responsible for demoing our SaaS product to potential Mid Market customers (>100 employees), maintaining their sales pipeline, and crushing sales goals. Duties will include virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating and closing contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of complex sales processes and dynamics and superb interpersonal skills. Your success depends on your intense drive to dominate and win. What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities to add to your pipeline. Once a prospect is identified, you will use GRIN’s sales process to qualify or disqualify prospects; add qualified prospects into the pipeline and follow GRIN’s process to achieve positive sales outcomes.
  • Target Mid Market size companies (>100 employees)
  • Maintain industry and technology knowledge to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of potential customers to meet their needs and demonstrate GRIN’s value
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours, and customizing your approach to market segments and prospect types.
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads.
  • Follow Grin’s pipeline management process detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.
  • Proactively utilize and coordinate internal resources to assist in closing deals
  • All other duties as assigned

What will you bring?

  • At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a closing capacity
  • Understanding of complex sales processes and large brand dynamics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoom, Docsend, Docusign and Google Suite a plus
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to condense complex information into simple language for the appropriate audience.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport and present to large groups with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
